About the role

• Monitor Production Systems: Continuously monitor the health and performance of production applications using monitoring tools and dashboards. • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Document incidents and their resolutions. • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. • Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and resolve application issues. • Performance Tuning: Analyze application performance and implement tuning measures to optimize system performance. • Deployment Support: Assist in the deployment of new releases and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to production services. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application support procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations. • User Support: Provide support to end-users and stakeholders, addressing their queries and issues related to production applications. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and reliability of application support.
