About the role

Role Overview This is an operations-heavy Product Manager role supporting three enterprise systems (HCIS, RPG-ECRM and ESMS). The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to ensure the operational health of the systems while gradually taking on more product management responsibilities. The role requires someone who is comfortable engaging with business users, coordinating with vendors, managing production support activities, driving compliance and security governance, and supporting product backlog, UAT and roadmap execution and looking for candidates with strong operations ownership and stakeholder management experience, rather than traditional Project Managers.
