Role summary As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain features across our feedback management CMS/CRM products — from user-facing interfaces to backend services and data layers — working in an agile product team alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain web application features using React and TypeScript on the frontend Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript Design, query, and optimise MySQL database schemas supporting feedback data aggregation and reporting Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into working software Debug and resolve issues across the stack, supporting the reliability of live products used by government agencies Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives Contribute to technical documentation and team engineering practices Requirements Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL (must-have) Solid understanding of web fundamentals — HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Ability to write and maintain unit/integration tests Good communication skills and comfort working in a product team environment Degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Advantageous Experience with CRM, CMS, or data-heavy dashboard products Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to accessibility standards and government digital service guidelines Prior public sector or GovTech ecosystem experience
