Technical Product Manager

About the role

Role Summary: The candidate will be part of HDB’s Product Team and will support the full product development lifecycle, from product conceptualisation, stakeholder buy-in, roadmap definition, requirements gathering, backlog management, sprint planning, technical specification, user story writing, delivery coordination, and product rollout to end users. Key Requirements: Strong background in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering, IT or related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environment and Cloud platform Experience in writing business cases, technical specifications and user stories Good understanding of web, mobile and cloud technologies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Able to bridge business users, Product Owner, UX/UI designers and engineering teams JIRA and Confluence experience will be an advantage BPM modelling experience will be an advantage Prior Singapore government / public sector project experience will be a strong plus
