Role Summary The Salesforce Junior Developer supports the design, development, customization, testing, and maintenance of Salesforce applications under the guidance of senior developers and solution architects. The role is responsible for implementing configurations, developing basic customizations, resolving defects, and supporting day-to-day Salesforce operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to build hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies while contributing to digital transformation and CRM initiatives. --- Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development · Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools. · Create and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and reports. · Support the development of workflows, approval processes, and Flow automations. · Assist in implementing enhancements and bug fixes. Configuration & Administration · Perform Salesforce configuration and administration activities. · Create user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings. · Support data management and system maintenance tasks. · Assist in report and dashboard development. Testing & Quality Assurance · Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests. · Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. · Identify, document, and resolve defects. · Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements. Integration Support · Assist with Salesforce integrations with external applications and services. · Support API testing and troubleshooting. · Participate in data migration and synchronization activities. Documentation · Prepare technical documentation and user guides. · Update system configuration documents. · Maintain project and release documentation. Production Support · Monitor application performance and system health. · Investigate user-reported issues and provide resolutions. · Escalate complex issues to senior developers as appropriate. --- Required Qualifications Education · Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
