Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

About the role

Key Technical Requirements (Must Have) Experience: 7–10 years in Software Engineering Profile: Strong hands-on engineer with system design / architecture capability (not execution-only developer) Tech Stack: Backend: Java / Kotlin / Node.js / .NET (any strong backend is fine) Cloud: AWS / Azure (GCC experience is a plus) DevOps: CI/CD, pipelines, deployment practices Experience Type: Exposure to both new development and legacy system modernisation Experience working in complex / regulated environments (Gov / Banking / Insurance preferred) Capability: Able to make technical trade-offs (delivery vs long-term sustainability) Experience in system design, integration, and scalable architecture Able to work independently (Senior IC level) Nice-to-Have (Advantage) Experience with OutSystems / Salesforce / Appian / Dynamics platforms Exposure to workflow / case management / licensing systems Government project experience
