DevOps Engineer

About the role

Key Responsibilities DevOps Platform Engineering - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery. - Implement deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. - Support enterprise DevOps tooling and platform services. - Maintain reusable deployment templates and shared DevOps components. Release & Deployment Management - Support application releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments. - Automate deployment processes and rollback mechanisms. - Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate production implementations. - Support change and release management activities. Cloud & Container Operations - Build and maintain containerized application deployment pipelines. - Support Kubernetes/OpenShift-based application platforms. - Manage application configuration, secrets, and deployment artifacts. - Implement environment provisioning and platform automation. DevSecOps & Security Integration - Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines. - Support code quality, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks. - Promote shift-left security practices and automation. - Assist teams in remediation of security findings. Automation & Continuous Improvement - Develop scripts and automation tools to reduce manual operational effort. - Standardize delivery workflows across projects. - Improve deployment reliability, consistency, and auditability. - Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and engineering standards. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Development, Testing, Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams. - Provide technical guidance on DevOps implementation approaches. - Support incident investigation and root cause analysis. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and operational readiness activities.
